Dirk van der Kooij’s signature room is an ode to the end of an era of records and CDs. The room's centerpiece is a conference table that is made from parts of old record players. You may not think about it much, but CDs are some of the most difficult recyclables from the 2000s. Dirk van der Kooij found a way to reuse them in the form of the characteristic lamp hanging above the table. Besides recycled CDs, they consist of rooftop windows, and chocolate moulds (no joke).
